Town of Princeton, Mass., Selectboard Meeting Minutes
– Oct. 4, 2018 – 8:30 AM – Town Hall Annex
Present: Chair Richard Bisk, Karen Cruise & Edith Morgan.
8:30 AM Meeting called to order.
Communication Plan – Karen and Richy reviewed the message to go in the November COA newsletter and agreed that Nina's edits made sense.
ACTION – Board voted all in favor to approve the communication with Nina's edits and to distribute it on Town-wide News and Nextdoor.

School Funding Communication - Karen, Richy, and Edie reviewed Richie's marked up copy of the school funding communication. Several edits were suggested.~
ACTION – The board voted all in favor to approve the communication, subject to the edits suggested, and to distribute it on Town-wide news and Nextdoor. All approved.
Next steps in Communication - The SB discussed the next communication that they wanted to put out. If Nina believes that the announcement of an evening Town Buzz session with an "Ask the Selectboard" topic should come from the SB, it will be discussed at the 10/11 communication meeting. Otherwise, the S.B. will not hold a meeting on 10/11 but instead will get together on 10/18 to select the topics to discuss at the Town Buzz. The next letter to residents from the S.B. will be on “Sources of Revenue” and Karen will begin drafting it.
